Services

One operator.
AI leadership, scoped to the problem.

I work directly with you as a Chief AI Officer for mid-market US and Canadian companies, typically $10M–$50M, fractionally, on an interim basis, or full-time. No firm, no bench, no account manager. This is white-glove, bespoke work: I own the AI agenda, build the systems myself, and hire the team that carries them. One method, The Business-Down Method™, run by the person you actually hire. Below are the shapes that work takes; pricing is published on the Fractional CAIO page.

Technical leadership

A CTO in the seat,
however you need one.

The technology leadership underneath the AI work, and often the reason AI can ship at all. Fractional, interim, turnaround, due diligence, recruitment: senior judgment, hands-on, until the problem is solved.

The method is the discipline. The solution is never boilerplate — in the AI-native world the ground moves too fast for canned answers. I solve the problem in front of you with whatever is genuinely best right now.

Common questions

Before we talk.

What services does Oshri Cohen offer?

Oshri works as a Chief AI Officer, fractionally or on an interim or full-time basis, and as a fractional and interim CTO. The core services are fractional CAIO (his flagship), interim CAIO, full-time CAIO, AI governance and risk, AI strategy, AI-native transformation, fractional CTO, interim CTO, turnaround CTO, technical due diligence for private equity, and technical recruitment. All are hands-on and senior. He designs the solution and implements it, including the hiring.

How do I know which one I need?

Start with a fact that removes one decision: I hold the CTO and CAIO seats together, so you don't have to choose between AI leadership and technology leadership, and neither replaces the CTO, VP of Engineering or IT director you already have. From there: if AI needs an accountable owner but not five days a week, that's a fractional CAIO. If the AI program has stalled or the seat is empty, that's interim. If the exposure is the urgent part, start with AI governance. If the problem is technology leadership broadly rather than AI specifically, that's the fractional or interim CTO work. If delivery is broken, that's a turnaround; if you're evaluating an acquisition, technical due diligence. The fastest way to find out is a direct conversation.

How is pricing structured?

It's published and tiered. A fixed-fee Diagnostic from $20,000 is the front door; ongoing leadership is Advisory ($10K/mo, ~1 day a week), Fractional ($18K/mo, ~2 days), or Embedded/Interim ($30K/mo, 3+ days). Fixed-scope projects such as AI governance foundations, roadmap sprints and PE due diligence are quoted to scope. Full detail is on the Fractional CAIO page.

Are the CTO services still available?

Yes, all of them, unchanged. Fractional CTO, interim CTO, temporary and short-term CTO, turnaround CTO, portfolio turnaround CTO for PE and VC firms, technical due diligence and technical recruitment are all still offered. The AI seat is where most current engagements start, and at many companies the two jobs turn out to be the same job.

Which markets do these services cover?

The United States first, Canada second. Every service on this page is sold and delivered in both, remotely from Eastern Time, which is close enough to every North American office to be reachable when something breaks. Published prices are USD and identical in both countries. Whichever service you land on, you are hiring the same person under the same agreement.

you need?
